asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a final inspection with a view to payment of a new house grant carried out for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
An inspection with a view to payment of the grant will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment if approval has yet issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny for a mortgage subsidy in respect of a housing loan which was obtained from Kilkenny County Council in May 1986; and if he will refer to the letter sent to his Department by Mr. Liam Aylward, TD, dated 11 November 1987 where to date only an acknowledgment has been received dated 18 November 1987.
A mortgage subsidy cannot be allowed as the application was received after 6 March 1987, which was the final date for receipt of applications. The applicant has been so informed.

asked the Minister for the Environment when payment of a house improvement grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the work was inspected and approved some time ago.
The grant has been paid.
