asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food, arising from his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 89 of 12 April, 1989, if he is prepared to press for a change in the EC regulation governing the installation aid grant educational requirements and have extended from two to three years the time in which applicants born after 1 January, 1968 may obtain the necessary qualification, and so correspond with our three year certificate in agriculture.
