Ceist:90 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT refund will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford in respect of agricultural development works carried out on his farm; and if he will expedite payment.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the claim in question has been approved for payment and a cheque in settlement will issue shortly.
