Ceist:47 Mrs. Barnes asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will give an up to date report on the progress of the review of household budgets; whether he has any interim findings; and when he expects to have the final report.
Written Answers. - Review of Household Budgets.
The review group on the treatment of households in the social welfare system was set up in May 1989 to examine the social welfare code in so far as it affects households, with particular regard to the equal treatment provisions. I expect the report of the group to be available in a matter of months. The review group have not furnished any interim findings.
