Ceist:

70 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Health the number of heart, kidney and liver transplants in each of the years from 1986 to 1989 inclusive; and the amount of money provided by his Department in each year allocated specifically for such operations.

There are a number of centres involved in the provision of transplants and I will provide definitive figures to the Deputy as soon as they become available.
