Ceist:29 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Energy if he will outline the total number of additional jobs expected to be created during the next three years in the forestry sector.

Increased planting programmes in both the public and private sectors together with increases in timber production are expected to create about 1,200 additional jobs in the three years up to 1992.
In addition, new pulpwood projects and the expansion of existing pulpwood facilities are expected to generate up to 200 jobs over the next three years.
