81 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary will be considered in the division of the William Cleary estate, Thomastown, County Tipperary; if he is to be excluded from the division of this land; the reason for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

As the allocation of land is a matter by law for the Land Commissioners I have no function in the matter. I understand that the application of the person in question was fully considered in connection with the division of the Cleary estate but it was not possible to provide him with an allotment.
