Ceist:101 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the courts which are closing; when the new District Court areas will be published; and from when will they be operating.

I hope to announce very soon the District Court venues to be closed. The change will be effected by statutory order which will set out the new District Court areas. The order will designate the effective date for the revision and will be published in due course.
