The person named is not the registered owner of the herd number quoted. However, the registered owner of that herd number has been paid his 1989 beef cow and equines headage scheme grants already. His 1989 calf premium and special beef premium payments are being processed and will issue shortly. He did not apply under the 1989 sheep headage scheme.
