Ceist:45 Mr. Gilmore asked the Taoiseach when the National Heritage Council Bill will be circulated; and if he will give an assurance that the Bill will be introduced before the end of 1990.

The heads of the National Heritage Council Bill have been drafted and, as stated in the environment action programme, it is intended that the Bill will be introduced before the end of 1990.
