Ceist:83 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in vesting of Land Commission property purchased in 1983 for a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and when same will be completed.

This allotment could not be vested until the purchase money was paid. The final instalment was paid last year.
The Deputy will appreciate that due to the transfer of the relevant section of the Department to Cavan the vesting programme has been somewhat interrupted over the past year. The programme has now been resumed and this case will be given priority for vesting.
