Ceist:39 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a certificate of tax-free allowances was issued to the taxpayer on 29 October, 1990. Any tax overdeducted will be refunded to him by his employer on the operation thereof.
