Written Answers. - Sligo Sewerage Schemes.
The preliminary report for a sewerage scheme to serve the Curry area is under consideration in the context of the objectives and commitments in the environment action programme. I am not in a position to indicate when approval may issue to Sligo County Council for this scheme.

This is one of a significant number of schemes submitted to my Department under the water and sanitary services small schemes programme for 1990. Having regard to the competing demands for high priority schemes and the limited funds available, I am not in a position to approve this scheme.
