Ceist:91 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance when a refund of income tax will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an amended certificate of tax-free allowances for the current year is being issued by the inspector of taxes to the taxpayer today. On operation of this certificate any refund of tax due will be made by his employer.
