Ceist:106 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Finance the reason a tax rebate has not been made to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a cheque for £289.70 in respect of the tax deducted from the taxpayer's earnings to the date he ceased employment in September 1990, was issued to the taxpayer on 28 November 1990.
