242 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Education if she will outline the normal procedure and time scale for completion of a school development project after she has considered the case in detail and given approval for such development to proceed.

The procedures involved detailed architectural and cost planning, the seeking of tenders, the placing of contract and the subsequent construction period.

Timing will vary depending on the complexity of the project and other considerations.
