Ceist:78 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice the total number of gardaí now assigned to each of the Garda stations in Cork city; and the number specifically assigned to foot patrol duties.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that as at 30 April 1991, there were a total of 543 gardaí attached to Garda stations in Cork city. I dealt comprehensively with the matter of foot patrols in Cork city in reply to a Dáil question by the Deputy on 9 May.
