83 Dr. G. FitzGerald asked the Minister for the Environment the total amount collected in motor tax for the years 1989 and 1990.

The amounts collected by motor tax offices in 1989 and 1990 were £141.344 million and £153.571 million, respectively. These figures include amounts of £6.7 million and £10.8 million, respectively, for driver licensing fees, vehicle testing fees, trailer licensing fees, public service vehicle licensing fees and miscellaneous receipts.
