Vol. 409 No. 6

Written Answers. - Grant Payments.

Andrew Boylan

Ceist:

101 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when headage grants under the EC headage grant scheme will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cavan for her 1990 application; and the reason for the serious delay in making this payment.

Payments to this applicant under the 1990 cattle and equines headage and special beef premium schemes have already been made.

There has been no delay in making these payments.

Madeleine Taylor-Quinn

Ceist:

102 Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if payment of an installation aid grant will be made forthwith to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

It is hoped to have this grant paid within the next four to five weeks.

Donal Carey

Ceist:

103 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will receive payment of a cattle headage grant and a special beef premium; and when the file was passed from the Ennis office.

Payment to this applicant under the 1990 cattle and equines headage scheme has already been made. The application was passed for payment on 1 December 1990. His application for grants under the 1990 special beef premium scheme will be passed for payment this week and payment will issue shortly.

Donal Carey

Ceist:

104 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be paid a special beef premium and cattle headage grant; and when the file was passed by the Ennis office.

Payment to this applicant under the 1990 cattle and equines headage scheme has already been made. His file was passed for payment on 7 March 1991.

He has been requested to submit documentation in connection with six animals missing from his heard at inspection under the 1990 special beef premium scheme and when he does so his eligibility for grants under that scheme will be considered further.
