Ceist:49 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Finance when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payment of his VAT recoupment application under the farm development scheme.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the claim was referred back to the person concerned on 1 July 1991 seeking additional information. When a reply has been received the claim will receive further attention as quickly as possible.
