Ceist:221 Mr. Power asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction contract documents for the Prosperous sewage treatment plant in County Kildare.

Contract documents for the Prosperous sewerage scheme are with my Department. However, a certificate confirming that the detailed planning of the scheme has been finalised is awaited from the local authority. I am not in a position to indicate when a decision will be made in this case.
