Ceist:

222 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment when a public hearing will take place regarding the compulsory acquisition of land between Slieverue and Bellvue in south Kilkenny, where plans have been submitted for a new road; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Arrangements are being made for the holding of the inquiry to which the question refers. It is expected that the inquiry will be held early in 1992.
