Ceist:

430 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Education whether a copy of the report on Dublin Zoo was furnished to the Department of Finance prior to the announcement that further taxpayers money was being made available to Dublin Zoo.

The Department of Finance were in possession of a copy of the report on the zoo to which the Deputy refers prior to the announcement in December last that payment of a grant of £250,000 was being made to the zoo from national lottery funds.
