147 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for the Environment when he will sanction the next phase of remedial works for housing estates at (a) Maudlinstown, Talbot Green and (b) Wolfe Tone Villas in County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Proposals for the next phases of the Maudlinstown and Wolfe Tone Villas projects are awaited from Wexford Corporation. Tender proposals for the Talbot Green project are under examination and a decision will be notified to the corporation as soon as possible.
