Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give details of the facilities that will be provided in County Meath for roadworthiness testing of light goods vehicles and of private cars, over four years old, which he announced he intends to make compulsory from 1993 and 1998 respectively, and if he will outline the likely cost, if any, to motorists of these tests.
