227 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in the payment of the 1992 cattle headage and special beef premium to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will confirm that arrangements are being made for immediate payment.

This applicant has been paid his 1992 cattle and equines headage scheme grant already. His 1992 special beef premium scheme grant application is being processed at present, and if found in order payment will issue shortly.
