Ceist:55 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice if the review as proposed in the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 27 on 30 March 1993 regarding the activity levels in the High Courts and Circuit Courts and the impact on these courts of the alteration in the court jurisdiction levels introduced in the Courts Act, 1991, has been completed; if so, if she will give the findings; if she is in a position to recommend to the Government a re-allocation of resources to expedite the hearing of cases in the courts; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
