65 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if there are any measures required to be taken in his remit of responsibility to comply with the terms of the Single Market; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The following are the Community measures, falling within the framework to the Single Market programme, and relating to matters coming within my Department's area of responsibility, which require transposition into Irish law:

92/49/EEC — Third (non-life) framework insurance Directive.
93/13/EEC — EC Directive on Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts.
89/666/EEC — Eleventh Council Directive (Branch Disclosures).
89/667/EEC — Twelfth Directive (One-Member Companies).
90/604/EEC — Small and Medium sized Enterprises Accounts Directive (Amendment of Directive 78/660/EEC on annual accounts and Directive 83/349/EEC on consolidated accounts).
