The applications of the person named for grants under the 1993 suckler cow, January/February 1993 and June 1993 special beef premium schemes are being processed at present and payments will be made shortly.
Ivan Yates
Ceist:163 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a farm development grant for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will be paid; and if he will have arrangements made to expedite this payment.
This grant will be paid within the next few days.

O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will furnish full details of the amounts alleged to have been overpaid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork together with full particulars of sums which have been withheld to offset such alleged overpayments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Due to an undisclosed off-farm income the person named was overpaid the following grants in the years 1979 to 1985.
