Ceist:

166 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made to ensure that outstanding issues in relation to moneys due to a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be resolved; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that attempts have been ongoing for over a year to resolve these issues; the reason there has been such a delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

As I understand it, there are no outstanding issues in relation to moneys due in this case. My Department will be issuing a detailed response to the Deputy setting out the position within the next week.
