The person named is not the registered owner of the herd number quoted. The application of the registered herdowner for grants under the 1993 cattle headage scheme is being processed and payment will issue within the next two weeks.

Ceist:93 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a headage and suckler cow payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.
The person named was paid advances of his 1993 cattle headage grant and his 1993 suckler cow premium on 14 December 1993. His applications are being processed further at present and any payments due will be made in the near future.

The person named was paid the balance of his 1993 suckler cow premium on 29 April 1994. He was paid an advance of his 1993 cattle headage grant on 3 December 1993. This application is being processed further at present and any payment due will be made in the near future.

Ceist:95 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a slaughter premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare in view of the fact that payment of this grant is overdue and the person is anxiously awaiting payment.
My Department has no record of having received an application from the person named under the 1993 deseasonalisation slaughter premium. However he did apply for beef premium on 17 animals in January-February 1993. His application is being processed now, and if found in order, payment will be made as soon as possible.
