Ahern asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if the grazing and turf rights of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow to the Byrne estate EC 8513 can now be regularised; the names of the Trustees, their powers and their duties; if the Trustees can sell the land in whole or part; if approval must be sought; if so, from whom; the persons who would get the proceeds of such a sale; if traditional users can be evicted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
