95 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department has received details from Dublin Corporation outlining the reasons for the substitution of a flat complex (details supplied) in Dublin 1 on the refurbishment programme; and in view of the agreement reached with the outgoing Minister of State, if he will sanction the corporation proceeding on that basis. The corporation's proposals to substitute another flat complex for one already approved for funding under the remedial works scheme has been received in my Department and is under examination. A decision will be made as soon as possible.
