Ryan asked the Minister for Health, further to the reply to Parliamentary Question 174 of 23 May 1995, if his Department or any of its agencies, particularly the National Drugs Advisory Board, were notified by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry of complaints received in 1989 and 1993; the action, if any, that was taken in view of these investigations; the reason for the National Drugs Advisory Board's recommendation that the number of authorised sheep dips should be reduced from 17 to 6 in 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
