64 Mr. Hughes asked the Taoiseach if he will report on the examination of the report of the Western Development Partnership Board; and when he expects to make a statement on the matter implementing the proposals therein. [2175/96]

The Taoiseach

The Western Development Partnership Board has completed its preparation of an action plan for the western region. The plan will be submitted to Government shortly for detailed consideration.
