Ceist:179 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for the Environment if he will review the case of persons (details supplied) in County Westmeath who have been refused a new house grant in view of the fact that they have not previously received a new house grant, they transferred and built this new house in order that there would be a better environment for their handicapped son; and if he will make a statement on the 2 Chance Option for special case buyers following the documentation of the scheme in the Irish Independent.
