BTEC higher national diploma or equivalent level courses offered at approved colleges in Northern Ireland are recognised for the purposes of eligibility under scholarship scheme operated by vocational education committees.
The course in question is not included in the list of recognised courses under the scheme. No application has been received by my Department from the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education for the recognition of this course for the purposes of eligibility under scholarship scheme operated by vocational education committees.
