86 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite a request for a file plan in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that this delay is holding up a sale of property and causing great hardship. [10668/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of an application for a file plan on this folio.
