124 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for the Environment the stage of a project (details supplied) in County Cavan; when tenders will be invited in respect of this project; when construction work will commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14589/96]

Contract documents for this project are under consideration in my Department. Having regard to the level of demand under the fire services capital programme, I cannot say at this stage when the project may be allowed to go to tender stage.
