The overall expenditure incurred on consultancy during 1995 by my Department was £148,000 as published in the 1995 Appropriation Accounts. This expenditure represents 2.4 per cent of staffing costs and 1.88 per cent of total administration costs.
Since my Department was established in January 1993, the Deputy will appreciate that there are no comparative figures available for 1985 or 1990.
