216 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Health if he will list all nursing and maternity homes which were granted licence under the Registration of Nursing and Maternity Homes Act, 1934; if he will list those homes, if any, whose licence was revoked; and the year in which they were revoked. The responsibility for the registration of homes under the Act referred to by the Deputy rests with the health boards. As the information sought by the Deputy is not readily available in my Department, I will arrange to have it collated and forwarded to him.
