321 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department will expedite an application for registration of ownership of commonage (details supplied) in County Mayo which has land excluded in the commonage subdivided previously. [22297/97]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the record number supplied by the Deputy is a Land Commission record number. There is no application pending in the Land Registry regarding the record number identified.
