115 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the payments, if any, outstanding to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo under the 1997 headage and premia schemes; when payment will issue for each scheme; and if payment will issue directly to the widow or her solicitors. [5495/98]
The person named will be paid the balance of her entitlements under the 1997 sheep headage scheme, the 1997 ewe premium scheme and the 1997 suckler cow scheme within the next two weeks.

The application in this case is currently being processed. If everything is found to be in order payment should issue within six weeks.
