239 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will have arrangements made to expedite a dealing in the Land Registry Office for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the delay is causing severe financial hardship. [5637/98]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that it is expected that, subject to continuation searches in the Registry of Deeds, this dealing should be completed within the next two weeks.
