126 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the names and professions of members of the appeals board and liaison committees dealing with appeals on special area of conservation designations under the appropriate European Union directive; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my reply to yesterday's Parliamentary Question No. 277 regarding the SAC appeals committee.
The matter of nominations to the committee was left entirely to the nominating bodies themselves and therefore details other than those given in that reply of the professions of those nominated were not sought by or given to my Department in this context.
