240 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Health and Children if provision can be made to supply medication for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11, who is dependent on drugs for his psychiatric problems; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26482/98]
The person in question receives mental health services in community area 6 of the Eastern Health Board. He is prescribed medication for his condition and is entitled to receive the medication free of charge from a chemist of his choice. He is issued with the appropriate prescription form for this purpose.
