628 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will confirm a compulsory purchase order by Dublin Corporation for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18352/99]
An application under the Derelict Sites Act, 1990, for my consent to the compulsory acquisition of the site referred to was received from Dublin Corporation on 31 August 1999. The application is being processed through various stages by my Department at present. I will give my decision in accordance with my statutory functions as soon as possible.
