My Department has not received an application for computer equipment for the pupil referred to by the Deputy.
Allocations of equipment grants are based on an assessed level of need of individual pupils. I understand that the school in question has been contacted with regard to procedures for applying for such grants and that an application will now be submitted.
The needs of the pupil referred to will then be considered.
