345 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the funding made available for a respite care home (details supplied) in Ballina, County Mayo to provide respite care for people with a mental handicap, including Down's syndrome; if the home is open on a full-time basis with staff working on a 24-hour, seven day week basis; and the number of people the home accommodates at any one time. I propose to take Questions Nos. 292 to 296, inclusive, and No. 345 together.

The information requested by the Deputy is not readily available in my Department. I have asked the Western Health Board to compile the information and I will forward it to the Deputy when it becomes available to me.
