Written Answers. - Hospital Waiting Lists.
The provision of medical treatment to eligible persons is, in this instance, the statutory responsibility of the Western Health Board. I understand from the Western Health Board that the person in question is on the ophthalmology waiting list. The board has advised that an appointment will be scheduled early in the new year.
